Are you tired of playing enforcer? Is getting female employees to dress properly for business like playing Whack-a-Mole?
If you are tasked with enforcing your corporate dress code, you already know the difficulties involved. If you establish a strict dress code, some will immediately try to push the envelope. And as soon as you think you have something under control, someone will find a way to get around the rule.
I’m sure you’ve seen and heard it all: “These aren’t shorts, they’re Capris.” “These aren’t jeans, they’re designer denims.” “How can you say this blouse is too low-cut; has anyone complained?”
If this is your situation, there is a better way; teach your employees about fashion and include office attire as one of the fashion elements. Instead of prohibiting with strict rules, encourage them to explore their fashion sense and enjoy dressing appropriately for business.
